Documents You Need:
1. You will need your ‘Proof of Benefit’ if you are on one of the following benefits:

✔ Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)

✔ Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

✔ Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

2. You will need at least 1 of the following documents as your ‘Proof of Id’.

✔ Passport

✔ Driving Licence

✔ Birth Certificate

✔ Bank Statement

✔ National ID Card

About Rent

• A monthly rent is applicable (bills included). Rate depends on property and area.
• A weekly service charge of £20 is payable.
